Subscription & Return Policy

By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for delivered issues.

Damaged or defective items: If your postcard arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hungry.brain@yahoo.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date (domestic) or within 21 days of the estimated delivery date (international), with a photo of the item. We will send a one-time replacement of that issue. This is our sole remedy for damaged or defective items — we do not issue refunds.

Non-delivery: Items are shipped via USPS first-class mail without tracking. Delivery times may vary. If you have not received your issue within 30 days of the ship date, contact us at hungry.brain@yahoo.com and we will reship your issue at no cost. We do not issue refunds for undelivered items. We reserve the right to review accounts with repeated non-delivery claims (more than 2 per year) before reshipping further issues.
